Resumen

Neuroblastoma  is a malignant neural neoplasm preferentially found in children, with different prognosis and clinical behavior in adults. Herein, we present a case report of this malignant neoplasm with skull-brain metastasis and spinal cord compression syndrome in a 23 year-old woman. The patient present good tolerance to chemotherapic protocol and actually has no evidence of disease progression.
