Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) or Wegener’s disease is an anatomo-clinic entity characterized by a granulomatous vasculitis of the upper and lower airways and kidney. The most common injury of the lower respiratory tract is the subglottic tracheal stenosis which occurs on average in 20% of patients. Two cases of patients admitted to the British Hospital with this diagnosis are reported, reviewing their symptoms, management and conducting a literature review.Descargas
